What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information, including Personal Information, to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with the Site and Services. You provide some of this information directly, such as when you create an account or contact us for support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with the Site and/or Services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. We will only collect and process Personal Information about you where we have lawful bases. For Publishers and Developers

  • Your name, email address, company name and title, and any other information you share when you create an account on our Site or otherwise access our Services.
  • Your responses to surveys that we may ask you to complete for research purposes or to help direct Company activities.
  • Other Personal Information you voluntarily submit, which may include your profession, gender, profile picture, etc.
  • For any games you related game Content you make available on the Site, the game title, description, genre, developer name and other information, links to game trailers, links to store pages, key art image assets, screenshots, social media links, and any other information you provide when creating a game page (“Game Information”).
  • Any information you share when you contact us.
  • If you use our Bidding Platform, the game title, image assets, game description, game genre, fees and other pricing information, due date of Deliverables, link to your online store, applicable game release platform, special notes, and any other information provided in connection with Requests

For Media and Influencers

  • Your name, company, company description, email address, and any other information you share when you create an account on our Site or otherwise access our Services.
  • Your responses to surveys that we may ask you to complete for research purposes or to help direct Company activities.
  • Other details about you that you voluntarily submit, which may include your profession, gender, profile picture, etc.
  • The name, email address, title, telephone number and other contact information of your representative, if any.
  • If you register as a Member using a third party social media platform, such as YouTube or Twitch, your total video views, channel name, channel link, number of videos produced, title of videos produced, any video descriptions and tags used in your video descriptions, information with respect to likes and dislikes for your videos, video post dates, and any other information that is available to the public on your channel.
  • Any information you share when you contact us.
  • If you are using our Bidding Platform, the duration of any Deliverables, special notes, amount of fees, Payoneer account, Stripe account and email, and any other information provided in connection with Bids.

For Players

  • Your name, email address, and any other information you share when you create an account on our Site or otherwise access our Services.
  • Your responses to surveys that we may ask you to complete for research purposes or to help direct Company activities.
  • Other details about you that you voluntarily submit, which may include your gender, profile picture, etc.
  • If you register as a Member using a third party social media platform, such as Steam, we will collect your user information from that social media platform, such as your username, email, password, profile picture, first and last name, gameplay history, Twitter username, Twitter follower count, activity and engagement level on Twitter.
  • Any information you share when you contact us.

Information we get from your use of the Site and/or Services:

  • Details of how you use the Site and/or Services.
  • Your internet protocol address (i.e., IP address) and, if you access the Site or Services from a mobile application, your unique mobile device ID number and non-email authentication.
  • Details of financial transactions you participate in on the Site and/or Services, including the amount, currency, and method of payment.
  • Your social media account IDs and information shared with us via your social media accounts.
  • Browser and device information and information collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies.
  • If you use our Site and/or Services from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask you to opt-in before we use GPS or other tools to identify your precise location.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

We use the information we collect to improve the Site and/or Services, optimize our technology, refine the experience of our Members, and innovate ways to forward the our mission.

Namely, we use the information we collect to:

  • Email, text, SMS, message via social media platforms and phone you to provide you with information and updates about us, our work, and our community, to make it easier for you to share such information about us with your social networks, and to answer your queries.
  • Administer the Site and/or Services, enable you to use its features, and improve your overall user experience.
  • To send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
  • To respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
  • To allow Members to view and access Game Information.
  • Analyze how Members use the Site and/or Services using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and other tools to help us understand traffic patterns and know if there are problems with the Site and/or Services.
  • Create targeted advertising to promote the Site and/or Services and engage the community and our Members.  
  • To accomplish or further our mission, which is to help developers and publisher promote and market their games in the most effective and efficient way possible.
  • To protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
  • To link or combine user information with other Personal Information.
  • To compare information for accuracy, update our records, and verify it with third parties.
  • To provide and deliver products and services requested by Members.

Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We do not rent, sell, or share your Personal Information with other people or non-affiliated third parties except with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized. We currently do not share personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.

To help us do our work, we may provide limited access to some of your Personal Information to the following third parties:

  • Collaborating Organizations: Sometimes we collaborate closely with other groups to further our mission. In these cases, we may share your name, contact information and other details you provided when making an account with our partners.
  • Affiliated Third Parties: We may share [our subscriber list, which include Members’ names, email addresses, social media IDs, comments, action history], with our affiliates and/or subsidiaries.
  • Service Providers: We work with a wide range of third party providers, notably our database administrators, cloud computing services, advertising services, data analysts, application service providers, bulk SMS services, and other non-governmental organizations. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your Personal Information except in connection with providing their services.
  • Payment processors: We work with payment processors such as Payoneer and Stripe to help process credit card transactions and other payment methods made through the Site and Services. These payment processors will store certain information about you. Please refer to their privacy policies to learn more about how they use your Personal Information.
  • For Publishers and Developers: We share Game Information with Media and Influencers and/or Players, and such Game Information may also be viewable by the public.
  • We may also transfer your Personal Information to a third party as a result of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or similar transaction; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of the Site and/or Services; and to protect the rights or property of Company. In such event, and to the extent legally permitted, we will notify you and, if there are material changes in relation to the processing of your Personal Information, give you an opportunity to consent to such changes.

Protection of Company and Others

We will also share Personal Information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Company if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of your Personal Information is reasonably necessary to (1) detect or protect against fraud or security issues, to enforce our Terms of Service, (2) meet any enforceable government request, (3) defend against legal claims, or protect against harm our legal rights or safety, or that of our staff and/or Members.

How Do We Secure Your Personal Information?

If you are a Member, you are responsible for keeping your membership details confidential.
