United States export control regulations prohibit U.S. businesses, such as Indie Boost, from offering services to users in specific sanctioned regions. In order to comply with these regulations and the U.S. Law, Indie Boost does not allow users in certain countries or regions to access all of certain parts of our site.

Depending on your exact location, you may encounter an IP or payment purchase block when attempting to make a purchase or access a service on Indie Boost.

We value our global community of users and sincerely regret the need to impose any restriction on access to our site. Indie Boost will continue to work very closely with the U.S. Department of State and Office of Foreign Assets Control to provide access to users across the world in compliance with applicable law. Businesses or individuals in the following regions and countries are not permitted to register for accounts or utilize our platform:

• Crimea, region of Ukraine
• Cuba
• Individual nationals of Cuba

Finally, if you have been suspended from Indie Boost in the past, you will not be allowed to work on our platform again, and new accounts will be closed.
